encompasses all of our free & Christ centered youth initiatives servicing children from all backgrounds. Our purpose is to create an educational forum that allows children, staff, parents, community partners to successfully collaborate in instilling positive values in the lives of the youth we service as we cater to their spiritual needs. In our center our young participants make new friends, have tons of fun as they learn, play and discover how special they are to GOD.

〰️Our camp is completely free so that youth from all backgrounds including marginalized and at-risk children and families can benefit. We rely on your prayers and support to continue this ministry. You can help us with a financial gift of any amount to ensure every child can be provided with his / her own camp T-shirt, daily nutritious lunch and snacks, as well as the opportunity to participate in our diverse workshops, field trip outings , arts & Craft projects , literacy instruction and outdoor sports . It costs approximately $2800 to service 50 kids each week . Alleluia Tribe is very much aware of how difficult it is to be a child today ! The issues our youth face on a daily basis are quite overwhelming and the list can span from A to Z . Social pressure isn’t just at school or in the neighborhood, it’s in their hands and at their fingertips 24/7. We established this mentoring program in an effort to build a supportive network for our young adolescents to excel in every particular domain as they navigate this journey we call life .
L.E.V.I (Boys) & R.E.J.O.I.C.E ( Girls) Mentoring Program offers fun activity programs for the many of our youth who faced plenty of obstacles and overcome a lot of adversity . We set the standard for working hard, overcoming challenges, and persevering as we in our walk boldly with our GOD. Through this platform Alleluia Tribe motivates our youth to strive toward academic excellence by providing free homework assistance and tutoring - We further facilitate their personal growth through the offering of weekly Bible study & social skills seminars to enhance their social, emotional & spiritual development. In addition, our mentoring program is a great platform for our young participants to learn valuable skills in a safe environment with peers who understand the difficulties and challenges they face on a daily basis. Our program is successful because we take the time to survey and consider our participants insight when generating ideas of enrichment activities so that they can truly enjoy them and benefit from every opportunity to engage in the community.

Our inititiative which offers summer enrichment activities for preschoolers as well as as high schoolers. Transportation Policy

I give permission for my child to participate in off-site field trips and/or be transported to and from school. I understand that Alleluia Tribe Academy will provide transportation to and from these events and/or school and I release Alleluia Tribe Academy of all liability during such times.

Program Participation Waiver

As legal parent/guardian(s), I/We hereby give the above student permission to participate in Alleluia Tribe Academy programming including camp, classes, workshops and all indoor and outdoor sports, field trips and related activities. In consideration of our child’s right to participate in Alleluia Tribe Academy activities, I/We hereby waive, release and discharge any and all rights or claims which I/we may have against Alleluia Tribe Academy their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, members, staff and independent contractors as a result of our child’s participation in Alleluia Tribe Academy program. Further, I/We agree to defend, indemnify and hold Alleluia Tribe Academy harmless against any and all claims, actions or suits which may be brought as a result of damages or losses sustained as a result of participation in Alleluia Tribe Academy 's program. Field Trip Safety Guidelines

Alleluia Tribe Academy will send home with your child A Field Trip info & Consent Form to inform you about any scheduled field trip at least one (1) week in advance. In order to ensure a fun and safe environment away from our campus, we advise you to take a few minutes to read over the guidelines below with your child. Please sign and return this form to our office to confirm your acknowledgement of these rules and your authorization for your child to participate on any of our field trips. GENERAL • We will inform you whether or not there will be a participation fee required in order for your child to attend any of our scheduled field trip • Lunch and snack will be provided for your child according to our weekly menu • Headcounts will be conducted multiple times during the day; before leaving campus on the vehicle, after the vehicle unloads at destination, throughout the day, once loaded to return back to campus and after unloading at campus. ______________________________ RULES ON THE BUS • Seatbelts must be worn at all times. • No hazardous or disruptive activity or noise will be permitted while the vehicle is in motion • All passengers must follow the driver’s instructions. • All windows must be kept clear of objects that may obstruct the driver’s view. • In case of an accident or emergency; please remain in your seat and do not exit the vehicle unless instructed by the driver or group leader(s). • Always exit the vehicle towards the side walk of the vehicle; NEVER exist on the side of traffic. • Driver or group leader(s) shall do a physical walk through to ensure that all riders have exited the bus and took their belongings.
